We are Souls, not Roles

Ram Dass told me that I was a soul. He said, "We're not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience."

It was a great joy gathering with many of you at the Living in Loving Awareness Workshop in Newburgh and online earlier this month. We explored these and other somewhat shocking ideas that Ram Dass taught. We did a lot of great work (and play!) together. 

For those of you who missed the workshop and those of you who'd like to revisit it, here's a video of a meditation I led there. In it, we get an experience of what it's like to be in our souls, the loving awareness that we truly are.
