A one hour session for all levels. A generous helping of mindfulness-awareness practice, with a side of lovingkindness. Ram Dass may find his way into the room from time to time as well. We'll focus on starting the week by releasing tension and bringing in mindfulness and compassion- for ourselves and others.
Come slow down, allow yourself to breathe, and give yourself the gift of paying attention to yourself. Contrary to popular belief, this isn’t selfish! In fact, when we do, we’re often in a better place to help others, and can open the window to deep insight.
